ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are handled with precision and care. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand product launches, processing times may extend slightly, but we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

TRACKING
All tracked shipping methods include live tracking updates. Orders shipped without tracking cannot be monitored once dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses on untracked services.

DISCLAIMER
Please remember that we are at the mercy of our shipping couriers and we cannot move products quicker than the courier allows. There can be many reasons for delays to the estimated delivery times.
We understand that you are eager to receive your package, but arm yourselves with patience and contact us only if you suspect a package is lost or missing. Otherwise, sit back, relax and it will arrive to you soon enough. Please beware that shipping delays is not a valid reason for refunds.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer flexible return options depending on the item type and condition.
GENERAL RULES
1. Apparel & Accessories
- Full Refund: Eligible when the item has only been tried on for size and fit, with all packaging and tags intact and undamaged.
- Partial Refund: If the product has been worn beyond trying on, or packaging/tags are damaged. The partial refund value will be assessed based on the product’s condition.
2. Shakers & Similar Items
- Full Refund: Eligible when the product is unused and still in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
- Partial Refund: If the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, a partial refund will be determined based on product condition.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after obvious use and washing are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping costs are never refunded unless the item is received faulty. Pariah is not liable for shipping/return costs should you have written your name, address or e-mail wrong in the order. Please beware that shipping delays is not a valid reason for refunds.
If an order is lost with the courier, please have patience and contact the local courier first. Should the package truly be lost, please contact us through our contact form and we will be ready to help.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and no later than 1 month after the purchase date, to initiate your return here.
- Provide your order number, product details and images (if applicable) and reason for return.
- After approval, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or incorrect and has been documented. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the product reaches us safely.
