We currently ship from The Netherlands.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PRODUCTS?
Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take over 14 business days depending on destination. Please be patient.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we ship our products all over the world. If your country does not show up during check-out, please check if your country is listed in our Shipping Policy.

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
We currently do not offer duties paid on shipments, and therefore you may need to pay import duties depending on your country, region and regulations.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER PHYSICALLY AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?
We do not offer order pick-up of any kind, even if you live next-door. Please follow the order check-out and choose the most convenient shipping location for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

HOW LONG AFTER I COMPLETE A PURCHASE CAN I ASK FOR A REFUND?
A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made as per our Refund Policy.
HOW MUCH CAN I GET REFUNDED?
Refunds depend on the items you have purchased and it's state (please consult our Return Policy for all details). Here are some general rules:
1. In the case of apparel and accessories, you are eligible for a full refund when the product has only been tried on, and packaging is undamaged. When the product has been used or the packaging is damaged you are eligible for a partial refund.
2. In the case of shakers or similar products, you are eligible for a full refund when the product is unused and the packaging is unopened and undamaged. When the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
3. In the case when a product has been damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR RETURNS?
Currently, we do not offer return labels on orders, so all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

IF A PRODUCT I BOUGHT DOESN'T FIT, CAN I RETURN IT FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
In most cases, you absolutely can exchange an item if the fit is not right for you. Please consult our Return Policy for more details on how to proceed.

HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS GENERALLY FIT?
Product fit is highly dependent on their type, and therefore we provide detailed fitting information on every product.
If you are in doubt of which product to get after consulting the fit chart on a given product, and want help to decide your size, feel free to reach out to us through our contact form.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY PRODUCT?
How to wash your Pariah item is highly dependant on product type and fabric blend. Please consult the washing tag in the product.

WHICH SIZES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer most regular sizes from XS to 2XL, but if you don't find the sizes you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact us through the contact form and we will do our best to help.

We don’t offer discounts. We keep our pricing simple and consistent, so you never have to second-guess when to buy.
DO YOU HAVE SALES?
We don’t do traditional sales. Each drop is produced in limited quantities to avoid overstock and keep things intentional. We’d rather sell out than overproduce and discount.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS TO BANDS OR ARTISTS?
We don’t offer special discounts to bands or artists. We appreciate the interest, but our pricing is the same for everyone — we kindly ask that you don’t reach out to request special deals.
